KoolCreations Ltd was founded by Daniel Searle, our managing director. Daniel started his career at the family's custom bodyshop, working iconic American muscle cars and producing truly one-of-a-kind paint projects. After a number of years Daniel moved on, and was recruited by one of the biggest names in the UK custom paint spraying industry. During this time acquiring a deep understanding of bespoke paint spraying processes and industry leading paint systems from around the world. With time and knowledge Daniel founded Koolcreations with a desire to create wow one-of-a-kind projects, using revolutionary paint application processes and systems. we still use these process on our KoolCreations projects today.

KoolCreations kitchen Respraying Process
DAY 01
Our team would arrive onsite on the agreed date and time, so to remove the doors/drawers. This process typically takes 45 - 60min depending on the kitchen size and condition.
DAY 02
The workshop team then begin the preparation process of the doors/drawers. This involves sanding each unit using the correct grit, typically 180grit. Each unit needs to be sanded so to remove scratches, imperfections and keyed so to insure strong primer adhesion. Two coats of primer is then applied to each unit.
DAY 03
The primer is then sanded, typically 240grit so to remove imperfections and insure strong adhesion for top coat (Two coats of colour)
DAY 04
Our onsite team would attend at the agreed time. The team would then proceed to mask and sheet the kitchen, including the surrounding area. This protects any parts of the kitchen that are not to be sprayed. Once completed, the team would then sand and prime the kitchen.
DAY 05
The team would the return the following day, to flat the primer and apply the colour coat, once completed the paint is dried (1 - 2 hours) followed by de-sheeting and re-fit of the door/drawers.
